The purpose of this deliverable is to provide a detailed technical guide, which can be used by any PC (Parental Consent) provider in order to create and deploy a proprietary euCONSENT PC node, using the open-source template code. This is the latest revision of the technical guide that has been handed over to the PC (Parental Consent) providers who are participating in the project, based on which the proprietary PC (Parental Consent) are being implemented.
